The Inflatable Cushion

Our inflatable cushion (without wipers) technology offers you an ideal solution when you desire great shaping without or with semi-flanged uppers in your production. The patented technology of the cushion allows a uniform embracing and pressing of the upper with enormous pressure, which ensures a perfect final shaping and ironing of the top line.

  • Replacement of the pad in seconds allows easy cleaning and modification according to your current production.
  • Suitable for thermoplastic or leather board counters.
