In recent years, the VC 2001 has started a revolution in 3d shaping and became a bestseller since it consists a precious tool for most shoe productions. The new redesigned VC-16, with many new added features, improves the final look of the shoe, and facilitates the fitting of the upper on the last during forepart lasting. The VC Series, crimps combines & irons the finished upper in order to have perfect fitting on the last.

The new positioning guide allows you to accurately position your uppers on the machine to ensure the repetitivity and quality of the result. The adjustmet is simple and can change in seconds.

Everybody needs as much as working place as possible.It looks simple but its so efficient and useful to have additional place to keep a basket with uppers or anything else you may need.

The Beneficial hot and cold station

The existence of one hot and one cold station offers great potential and increases the chances of succeeding in great 3D shaping. Even if you use synthetic or leather material, the result you get from the combination of the hot and cold stations will be significantly improved, and will it be retained in the final shoe. Also, the two stations offer you the chance to progressively achieve higher crimping results by using initially a head with a smoother angle (hot station) and then one with an excessive one (cold station).
