The Fushida Shoes factory has been using the ICad software system since 2017 due to the brands’ needs. Before, they used a traditional way of making molds by hand. At that time, the process was complicated and inefficient. Especially in the process of modifying paper patterns, there is a lot of repetitive work.
The training started in 2017 with 5 technicians. The training process went from the last 3D flattening to pattern creation, classification, and pattern nest cutting.
After 7 days of completed training, each student successfully performed an ICad physical sample test. From the photo, you can see that the top attachment fits the shape perfectly.
It was a great time to be together with that technical team to discuss and learn from each other… Their experience transferred well to the ICad software tools. Thank you very much for your patience and hard-learning attitude.
