Footbed Footwear in Bangladesh has been implementing 3D transformation of ICad software since 2018. At first, they sent two technicians to China ISM for on-site training for two weeks.
After completing the flattening test of different shoe models, they returned to the local factory and began to apply the two sets of software equipment in the local factory.
As ICad 3D+ software is very standard in leveling, with high precision and linkage of all modules, it is convenient for local users to operate and share the works. Therefore, it was successfully applied in all its factories until the second year.
Today, they have up to 8 ICad operators used from development to production, from 3D Design to 3D Pattern making, size grading, Consumption, Output cutting, and the entire process using ICad software.
